APM has proudly earned the trust of a range of Government entities, including Centrelink, Medicare, the Federal Court, and the Australian Taxation Office, across multiple locations throughout Victoria and other States.
We deliver ongoing support for all Facilities Management and Property Management requirements, as well as responsive services, through a proven and reliable approach. To ensure seamless service delivery, we meet with our Government clients on a weekly basis to provide updates, feedback, and proactive responses to upcoming projects, scope changes, and operational requirements. We take pride in offering a personalised level of service, recognising that each site has its own unique needs.
All APM personnel are required to complete a pre-engagement integrity check with ASIC prior to attending any Government site. For Priority 2 service requests, we allocate immediate reactive response times, ensuring our Government clients receive prompt and dependable support when it matters most.

Commercial
These commercial environments are fast paced and have ongoing production times that we provide customised programs to suit each client’s individual needs and requirements with minimal disruption to the standard operations of the business.
We also provide numerous services inclusive of tailored cleaning solution in lab areas for medical grade PPE production which commences at 11:00PM to minimise disruption.

APM have proudly gained the trust of various Government entities including Centerlink, Medicare, the Federal Court and the ATO across numerous locations in Victoria.
We provide constant support to all Facilities Management, Property Management needs and reactive services to our clients through tried and true approach. We ensure that all our Government clients are met with on a weekly basis to provide feedback and responses for upcoming projects, changes and alterations to the scope of works required and provide a personal level of service delivery as we understand that no site is identical.
All of our staff are required to complete a pre-integrity check with ASIC prior to attending any Government site. Immediate reactive service time is what we allocate to Government clients for Priority 2 grade service requests.
Our team was recently engaged for the provision of a 110 kw solar system for a Federal Court premises to maintain 5-Star NABERS rating and promote self sufficiency.
