Furthermore, this tailored approach to service delivery allows our team to mould our daily operations to meet the needs of each site under our care, whether that be through scheduled cleaning, ad hoc and external cleans, or planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

Notably, we currently service two ATO buildings (Dandenong, Moonee Ponds) for their daily and periodical cleaning needs, which has required the utmost attention from our team to comply with the Australian standards. Additionally, our vast experience and expertise has been on display during our current engagement with Softmed, where we have provided highly specialised cleaning to their medical PPE manufacturing site.

Regardless of the scope of our engagement, all services are delivered to the highest possible standard, with dedicated quality, safety and sustainability checks to ensure we continue to meet contractual, legislative and internal performance requirements.

Our Commitment to You

For Melbourne facilities management, we must:

a) perform the Management Services in accordance with the requirements of this Specification, the Implementation Plan, the Service Plans, the Standards and the KPIs.

b) apply robust quality management processes and procedures, integrated where applicable with the client’s processes and procedures, to the delivery of the Services to always ensure that the Services are demonstrably delivered in accordance with the Service requirements.

c) inspect and monitor all relevant Assets and Maintainable Assets within the Portfolio.

d) maintain records and provide reports on Maintainable Assets, Asset conditions, Services undertaken, and activities involved in the delivery of the specified Services.

e) provide administration services involving work orders, the ordering, receipting, payment of all goods and services, budgets, and quality control in relation to all the Services.

f) prepare Asset maintenance plans for all Assets.

g) prepare maintenance specifications and related documentation required for the procurement of Services, including quotations and tenders associated with Minor Capital Works.

h) notify Committees of Management and Operators of all maintenance requests for which they are responsible, and supervise any improvements or maintenance undertaken by Committee of Management or Operators of nominated clients Assets.

i) attend all required meetings including any ad-hoc meetings as directed by the client, or as required to support the ongoing performance of the Services.

j) provide all necessary reports, including any ad- hoc reports as directed by the client, or as required to demonstrate the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract and this Specification.

k) provide advice to client on all matters of maintenance, including design, standards, continuous improvement, and new innovations effecting the works.

l) respond efficiently and effectively to all public inquiries including customer requests; and

m) provide support and assistance to client and other relevant organisations for any special events and activities which may occur within the
municipality.
